Osteopath
Natalia is a dedicated osteopath, committed to helping her clients prevent injuries, improving everyday tasks, overcoming physical constraints and optimizing performance to facilitate leading an active and healthy lifestyle.
She employs non-invasive manual therapy techniques, as well as E.L.D.O.A. exercises. Her inclusive practice welcomes a diverse clientele, being accessible to a wide range of individuals of all ages and fitness levels, ranging from athletes, adults, teenagers, children, babies and pregnant women.
Natalia obtained her Diploma in Osteopathy (D.O.) from the Osteopathic College of Sherbrooke in 2022. In 2021, she graduated from a seven-year program at the Quebec Osteopathic Sutherland Academy, obtaining her Certification in Osteopathy (C.O.) In 2015, she obtained a Concordia Certificate in Arts and Sciences.
She completed the 2023 and 2024 McGill Summer Fascia School at the Department of Anatomy and Cell Biology, as well as completing over a hundred hours of anatomy lab workshops.
Natalia has vast experience working with athletes, having her National Coaching Certification Program (NCCP), she coached figure skating and power skating in Quebec, in addition to off-ice training, yoga and Pilates.
