Nutritionist, Dietitian
Joelle Schafer-Abisdris is a registered Dietitian-Nutritionist at Kinatex NDG/CSL. She holds a Bachelor’s of Science majoring in Dietetics from McGill University, and is a part of the Ordre professionnel des diététistes-nutritionnistes du Québec. With a strong passion in nutrition, Joelle enjoys teaching individuals how to optimize their health and well-being through food. She believes in a non-diet approach, that emphasizes mindfulness and simple, realistic adjustments to your current habits.
Joelle is ready to welcome clients of all ages at the NDG/CSL clinic. She offers several nutrition services such as weight management (to lose or gain), sports nutrition, irritable bowel syndrome, diabetes, heart disease, pediatric nutrition, and more. Joelle is committed to helping you reach your nutrition goals through personalized recommendations, all while maintaining the pleasure of eating!
