Isabelle Duchesne is an experienced physiotherapist at Kinatex Sport Rosemont, having graduated from Université Laval in 1992. Since 2001, she has specialized in the treatment of professional musicians and music students. Holder of a Fellowship in Orthopedic Manual Therapy (FCAMPT), she also studied Arts Medicine at the Clinique du musicien in Paris. A “Plaisir de Jouer ©” trainer and lecturer at McGill’s Schulich Faculty of Music since 2011, Isabelle offers workshops on injury prevention for musicians. She is certified in advanced manual therapy and physiotherapeutic dry needling ponctures. Since 2020, she has focused on her patients, treating upper body disorders from the shoulder blades to the fingers, including TMJ and tinnitus. She welcomes a varied clientele, from children to adults, helping them to regain their mobility and resume their activities, including musical practice and speech.
