Physiotherapist
Clinical practice, conferences, teaching, supervision: She enjoys taking on challenges and stepping out of her comfort zone. She graduated from the University of Montreal in 2002. She was a member of the university volleyball team, the Carabins. She also served as a therapist for the Carabins’ football and volleyball teams. She holds a clinical master’s degree in manual therapy from Western University since 2015 and obtained her FCAMPT designation in 2010. She has over 21 years of experience as an orthopedic clinician and more than 13 years of experience as a co-instructor and instructor with AQPMA.
She is a course assistant and lecturer in the physiotherapy and medicine programs at the University of Montreal. From 2016 to 2022, she had the privilege of teaching a manual therapy program at KPTEN in France. In 2022, she ventured into entrepreneurship and became a partner with Kinatex Saint-Lambert.
For her clinical practice, she has completed multiple trainings, including dry needling, TMJ, headaches, shoulder, hip, tendinopathies, running, myofascial, Mulligan, concussion management, and more. She has participated in numerous national and international conferences, the most recent being in Basel, Switzerland, for IFOMPT. She sees a diverse clientele ranging from children to more experienced individuals and many volleyball players.
Currently, she spends a lot of time in gyms and sports facilities supporting her children as both a mom and a therapist. They are part of the Impact de Durocher in volleyball and futsal, as well as ASSL, the Studio de Danse C, and the Mini-Impact.
She practices functional training at Hamfit, runs, and engages in outdoor sports such as hiking and ski touring whenever time permits!
