Physiotherapist

Amélie holds a degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Ottawa since 2017 and a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Activity Sciences since 2015. Passionate about the health and well-being of her patients, she is committed to providing personalized care based on the best clinical practices. Her expertise covers a wide range of areas, with a particular focus on orthopedic and sports rehabilitation.
In addition to her clinical practice, Amélie shares her knowledge by supervising interns at CEGEP and the University of Sherbrooke, contributing to the training of future physiotherapists. Always eager to learn, she completed foundational training in vestibular physiotherapy in 2024 and works with a diverse clientele, including the elderly population and certain neurological cases. She specializes in functional rehabilitation, fall prevention, and home adaptations, working to improve the quality of life for her patients. Certified in the McKenzie Method (level 1) and manual therapy (levels 1 and 2), Amélie has particular expertise in managing upper-body injuries. As a sports physiotherapist, she works with teams such as the Harfangs du Triolet and treats athletes in a clinical setting. Her up-to-date certification as a Sports First Responder allows her to effectively manage injuries in a sports context.
