About
Physiotherapist
Graduated from Université Laval in 2014, Charlotte is a physiotherapist with an approach focused on the needs and objectives of her patients, giving high priority to manual therapy and maintaining daily activities and sports.
Passionate about the physiology and the biomechanics of the body, she has completed levels 3 of the AQPMA. She has a certification to perform spinal and peripheral manipulations as well as a certification for dry needling. She also specializes in the treatment of cyclists, runners as well as perineal and pelvic rehabilitation. For Charlotte, the well-being and the informed consent of her patients is a priority. She wants to explain the diagnostic hypothesis and treatment plan in an approachable way, since she believes that better understanding your body promotes healing.
Originally from Gaspésie, she loves the outdoors and the adventure sports. A fan of cycling, yoga and running, she participates in several projects and ultra-marathon trail races and she holds a few mountain trail crossing records. Her free time is also occupied by music, cooking and pottery.
