Massage Therapist
Elise Vanderborght is a dedicated massage therapist at Kinatex Rockland, with expertise in myofascial therapy. Graduated from Northumberland College in Halifax in 2010, she has also studied Structural Myofascial Therapy® with BetsyAnn Baron in Montreal since 2011. Elise is motivated by guiding her patients toward their health and wellness goals.
Being with Kinatex Sports Physio in 2023, Elise has focused on myofascial therapy, providing personalized treatments to her clientele. She adopts a patient-centered approach, firmly believing in the importance of helping clients expand their awareness of sensations, establish new somatic patterns, and discover pathways to whole-body integration.
Elise is ready to welcome patients of all ages and fitness levels at the Rockland clinic, helping them regain mobility and improve their quality of life.
