Kinesiotherapist
Sonya Lamothe, kinesiologist, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education and another in Kinesiology. She is also a private trainer, group class instructor and physical education teacher.
She has also followed several additional training courses:

Canadian Aquafitness Leader Association (CALA)
Pre / Post Natal Fitness Specialist
CORE Confidence Specialist
Fitness Instructor Specialist
Nutrition
She works mainly in CPP (Core, Perineal and Pelvic) strengthening, as well as with clients struggling with postural or mobility issues. Her clientele varies widely: men and women of all ages, sedentary, active, and athletes.
With passion, empathy and creativity, her goal is to get each of her clients to believe in themselves and in their power to improve their health and lifestyle. She loves being able to witness real change in the lives of her clients, whether it’s physical or mental.
To stay active, Sonya enjoys running, cycling, hiking, tennis, soccer, and interval training. When relaxing, she chooses instead to cook, read or take a walk in the forest.
