The Physio Proactif clinic was founded in 2013. In summer 2019, the organization located in the heart of Chambly, at 250 Boulevard Fréchette, will join the largest group in rehabilitation care: Kinatex Sports Physio. The clinic adopts the name Kinatex Proactif Chambly to benefit from the strength of this banner’s network and its members, while retaining its local spirit.

Kinatex Chambly is a team of dynamic professionals dedicated to providing the highest standards of health care and services. Our mission is to bring wellness to our customers through a multidisciplinary approach. We offer a wide range of services and approaches for the whole family: physiotherapy, osteopathy, occupational therapy, massage therapy and kinesiology.
