Here at Centre de Santé Pelvienne, we are lucky to have a team of professionals including physiotherapists, kinesiologists and athletic therapists, dedicated to developing and offering unique exercise programs.
Our team is particularly interested in integrating pelvic health and exercise into our practice by offering programs focused on conditions affecting the pelvic floor and abdominal area.
Personalized Exercise Programs
We realize it can be difficult to exercise when you are dealing with incontinence, pelvic pain or experiencing changes during pregnancy or menopause. With your current condition in mind, we will design a personalized exercise program based on your needs and health goals. All of our programs will include an exercise selection customizable for your needs so you will receive the ideal workout program.
Medical Yoga Therapy

Medical Yoga Therapy uses the practice of yoga (poses, breathing techniques, and meditation) to manage and treat a wide range of medical conditions. Our sessions are led by a licensed yoga therapist and designed to promote your physical, emotional and social well-being.
Kinesiology
A kinesiology-based exercise program is designed to stretch and strengthen your muscles to improve core strength, mobility and endurance. Trained in the latest exercise science, Kinesiologists at our clinic are dedicated to effectively improving the health, performance, and ability of our patients.
Running Evaluation
Are you a runner? If you run on a regular basis, you know that there is always a risk of running-specific injuries. Don’t risk an injury! Book a complete running assessment by a trained professional and receive guidance on running technique, proper footwear, individualized training programs, and injury management and prevention.
