‘CPP’ (Core and Perineal/Pelvic) Program

This course is a MUST before continuing or resuming any physical activity or training!

This private course will allow you to better manage and understand any physical changes you may be experiencing.

This course will give you the necessary tools and exercises to protect your pelvic floor and abdominal wall and to retrain the CORE4 muscles so as to avoid urinary leakage, back problems or postural issues.

This course is suitable for women or for men and personalized according to your needs. Whether you are pregnant or postpartum, in return for physical activity after surgery or simply want to strengthen the ‘good’ abdominals, this program is for you!

The real CORE is more than just abs and lower back muscles!

The deep muscles are grouped together to form what is called the CORE 4. When this group of muscles is functioning optimally, it supports and stabilizes the spine and pelvis. An especially important task! The CORE 4 muscle group includes the diaphragm, the multifidus, the pelvic floor and the transverse abdominis.
